The new shower cabin Heaven from Titan is the centerpiece of this simple, modern bathroom design. Standing in the center of the space, the Heaven shower unit is bright and clear, with gleaming glass plate sides making the cabin appear even more spacious. There is a large frosted window at the far end of the bathroom to let in lots of light whilst retaining a private and intimate feel. Loft Master Bathroom Design by UNStudio - movable curved wall

Imagine being able to soak in your tub and move the wall to reveal whatever view pleases you most. This design by Ben van Berkel of UNStudio allows you to adjust the amount of privacy in your bathroom, with its curved, movable wall. Bathing in the comfort of your own home doesn’t mean having to isolate yourself into a separate room. The wall can separate the master bathroom from the rest of the apartment if necessary, but it can be left open to create one large and airy space. A pure white palette has been used in this design, along with glass shower doors, which keep the area bright and contemporary, and also keep the focus on the fascinating curve of the wall.

This innovative bathroom design can be found at Five Franklin Place in New York’s TriBeCa neighbourhood, which is the first major American building by Dutch architect Ben van Berkel of UNStudio. B&B Italia ’s Contract Division was called upon to engineer and manufacture this remarkable loft master bathroom design.

Stunning Bathroom Designs with Modern Italian Tile

Tile is normally used as a backdrop in bathrooms for its practicality and durability. However, the following three bathroom designs incorporate modern Italian tile as an eye-catching accessory and focal point to the room. Above, the ABK design incorporates a rose pattern into the tiling as visual art. Twin vanities, chandeliers and upholstered Victorian chair continue the romantic and classy atmosphere created by the tile.

The turquoise tiling by Naxos is set in horizontal lines of varying thickness and perfectly highlights the large open-concept shower. Its appeal is quite contemporary with its color choice, as well as with the added Italian shower fixture that reminds us of a music note against the horizontal lines.

Pink is back for bathrooms. The third example, by Acif, is playful in its confetti tile design, which adds movement to the room. The pink accentuates the crisp white soaking tub, and modern fixtures; however, it remains the core of the room and worthy of the added spotlights.
