Cubic House Design – Curtain House in South Germany

Architects Marcus Kaestle, Andreas Ocker and Michel Roeder of European architecture firm C18 Architects designed a cubic house for what could well be the most discriminating taste of all – a jewelry designer. Located in the south Germany town of Wissgoldingen, this 2,043-sq.-ft., cubic house design is so simple that it’s spectacular. A facade is formed by white tiles framing curtains, which gently billow in the breeze and create a wonderful, natural movement within the traditional stationary concept. Behind its romantic, gauzy exterior, balconies wrap this modern glass wall house, giving it a whole new dimension between inside and out with stunning vistas from virtually every point. Inside this modern terraced house, interiors are large, light-filled spaces with ultra-modern, urban finishes that reflect the all the architects modern house ideas. Outside, a luxurious lap pool reflects the scenic views. C18 Architects
