Compact Apartment Design by Amsterdam Architects

Packing oodles of style into just 45m2, Netherlands architecture firm i29 Architects thought outside the box, so to speak, in their development of this trendy, contemporary, compact apartment design. There is more to this Amsterdam apartment than meets the eye. All the utilitarian elements (those things you just can’t do without) are built into two stylish wall units. It’s true – entrance hall, wardrobe and kitchen equipment, all smartly concealed behind a pinewood wall. Opposite, a second pinewood wall screens a bench, fireplace and storage space. A custom-designed table and bench and also built into the house, adding a dramatic edge to the otherwise white, minimalist design. i29 Architects
