A Lithuanian firm Idwhite has completed a project that will convince any doubter that an industrial apartment can look luxe and ultra modern. Located in an old Soviet building, this contemporary loft is one the most stylish and beautiful apaprtment designs we’ve ever seen.
Realistic renders show that the loft has an open layout and more than one storey. Its ceiling is laced not only with industrial beams and metal pipes but also modern lights.
Although most of the interior is plastered white, one wall in the kitchen demonstrates exposed brick. This adds a touch of that recognizable New York loft style to the apartment.
A feature wall in the living room is decorated with wooden slats, while the headboard wall in the bedroom – with chevron wooden panels. The bathroom interior shows exposed concrete walls, however. In most rooms the floors are done in concrete as well.
Spacious kitchen disguises the bulk of cabinets at the right side of the entrance, just behind a wall. All one can see from the living room is a matching black console lining the big kitchen window. A round dining table stands in the middle of it, so all you can see from afar is dining room. Clever!
In the bathroom, the shower stall is nothing like you’ve seen before. And it also has a spa bathtub to boot.
Besides the smart planning, every detail in this loft seems thought-through. There are no unnecessary details, but it’s full of chic and character. What do you think?
