Fabric Lounge Chair: Atoll by Patrick Norguet

What an awesome looking lounge chair! Can’t you see yourself melting into it? Talk about curves! Christened Atoll, it is named after the four islands – or sections – that make up this incredible chaise lounge. And do you see that it only has an armrest on one side? How inventive is that? Its metal structure is supported by four wooden legs. And the atolls, or islands, are fabric covered foam. The creator is French designer Patrick Norguet, whose ‘Rainbow Chair’ is a permanent display in the Museum of Modern Art collection in New York. And his Atoll lounger is so sleek and sexy – it may very well end up at MOMA itself!
