Middle East Style Architecture in Madrid

Middle East style architecture isn't new to Madrid but this stone house designed by Spanish architects A-cero isn't ordinary at all. It features many volumes finished in black granite and accentuated by curved walls that seem to rise out of the surrounding sand and water. The home’s windows and entrance are concealed among the walls and volumes, lending a mysterious, fortress-like look. A lush garden of Middle East vegetation complements this sculptural home's palace-like appeal, while a large pool area adds a cool element – both literally and figuratively – to this contemporary luxury home. By night, integrated lighting features transform these outdoor entertaining areas into an oasis. Typical of the architecture firm’s signature style, this stone home design is an oasis of opulence.
