Once more, GAD Architecture inspires us with a unique interior design. The Burma House has a cave-like quality about it and is filled with curves and swaying architectural elements. The doorways are all rounded; the different levels are differentiated by smooth stepping curves and each room seems to occupy its own nook. The lighting scheme is key. It provides a dramatic effect and accentuates the great architectural features of the home. It also provides some warmth to the space – much needed with all that grey concrete. The stacked look of the fireplace is so unusual and it really has a strong presence in the room – a very bold focal point. The bedroom is a high point of interest. The shape of the room gives the space a cozy pod-like quality while the decor scheme gives it a modern edge. Look at the pictures more than once – each time you will discover something new.
