Modern “Nature House” in Brisbane, Australia by m3archtecture

Australia’s m3archtecture started with a unique concept for this modern home design in Brisbane, Australia. The concept for the Armstrong Residence centered around three spaces – a room in the garden, the main house and the connecting space. Set on a steep slope surrounded by dense forest, this house features a deck that maximizes the warm sun during the winter months, while taking advantage of the naturally cool, lush greenery in the heat of the summer. This awesome design almost disappears into nature, features floor-to-ceiling windows offering a mirror effect, reflecting the surroundings while creating a seamless distinction between indoors and out. Interiors are broken down into “semi-private”, “private” and “very private” spaces, finished with “unfinished” woods and raw walls, ceilings and details throughout. m3archtecture
