Multi Level House Design in Ljubljana, Slovenia puzzles with its space arrangement

Located in Ljubljana, Slovenia, Haus D is the modern multi level design by Bevk Perovic Arhitekti. Minimal on the outside, this contemporary house boasts an intricate interior that values privacy and multi-function. Due to space constrains, the architects designed this cool house with many layers and levels, giving it a distinctive puzzle-like effect. The contemporary concrete-and-wood facade features crisp lines and minimal detail, not hinting at all as to the amazing things held within. A deep basement is set behind the two-storey facade, bringing the outdoors in via sunken gardens and atriums surrounding the basement pool. This highly customized lower level offers the residents a secluded escape from the world, featuring a fully equipped gym with a work-out area, sauna and the pool; a home office looking out across the pool and onto the garden; a music room; and a guest suite. The ground floor is designed for living and socializing, with a kitchen, living room and dining room, surrounded by expansive terraces overlooking the nearby communal gardens and the private atriums below. Upstairs, the luxurious master bedroom occupies the entire upper floor of the home, and includes a private rooftop terrace. Bevk Perovic Arhitekti
