Angle Cut Door
This interesting door design by HHF Architects offers 3 unusual ideas, regarding its shape, position and material. The door is cut at the angle to fit the sloped ceiling. It’s positioned at the very corner of the room and stretches from floor to ceiling. In addition, both door and ceiling are made from the same wood, for an amazingly clean modern look.

Color Combo plus Tile Pattern Combo
For some, it’s the uncommon mint green and orange color combination (which actually works here) that makes this shower design quite unusual. But for me it’s also the combination of 2 different tile patterns which is cleverly picked by Mary Anne Smiley Interiors.

Abstract Tile Design
Speaking bathroom designs … similar penny tiles (as in previous item) were used in this abstract creation. Quite an imagination. Very courageous, I should say. Like someone spilled paint on wall, floor and tub. And check out that little red star-like accent.

Hot Pink Countertop
Now let’s move to the kitchen, shall we. Here’s something even more courageous and unexpected – a bold and vibrant countertop color. Looks like something in between hot pink and purple. But of course, it’s the contrast with the subtle and rich wood color that makes it an amazing design.
