Brazilian-French architectural firm Tryptique has managed to squeeze a unique green garden into the urban jungle of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Harmonia 57 is an office building and ecosystem, ingeniously rolled into one. Planted in a most unusual place, this vertical garden climbs along the building’s facade, literally bringing the modern structure to life. Inside you’ll find everyday business going on, while the building’s exterior houses an intricate arrangement of lush vegetation, growing within the building’s “pores” and irrigated by harvested rainwater. Harmonia 57’s two main building components are connected by a glass bridge. Terraces and large windows offer a one-of-a-kind view of the inside-out atrium. Tryptique Architecture
