The narrow site housing this modern home design would pose some challenges in creating a spacious and sprawling abode, but New York-based architect Carlos Brillembourg has managed to artfully incorporate his ideals of both beauty and function onto this long strip of land in Long Island. As both architect and owner of this spectacular modern design, Brillembourg’s forward-thinking vision was big, and if it wouldn’t grow out, it would grow up, hence the home’s tall, rectangular profile.
