We came across this luxury coastal house plan designed by Florida based architects Silberstein Architecture, and just had to share. This oceanfront house welcomes residents and guests with its exotic outdoor entertaining areas, through floor-to-ceiling glass walls and indoors, where casual luxuries combine with contemporary style. The resort style home plan features a spacious two-storey living area open to above, topped by a rich wood-finished ceiling. The tumbled stone walls carry through from the exterior of this heavenly island home design, dotted with small windows to add natural light and visual interest. On the main level and upstairs, expansive glazing opens onto terraces and decks to make the most of the warm climate and hot coastal views. Silberstein Architecture
