Trendir is looking for a highly-motivated and skilled individual to join its team as daily blogger. This part-time employee will serve as Trendir's on-demand writer for any and all writing needs, whether they involve blogging daily about the new products or the creation of more advanced properties like trend articles and advertisement. The ad-hoc blogger will write-up, compile images and post entries about the new products based on instant requests that will be coming in during the day via Email. She or he must be available during the day working hours, be able to check email periodically, and deliver the completed work within several hours after it was emailed. We are looking for candidates who are not only excited about Home Decor but possess these qualities as well:

- at least 1 year of blogging experience
- strong home decor background or understanding
- thorough knowledge of both high-end decor and contemporary decor, including bathroom, kitchen, furniture, lighting and materials
- proficiency in Photoshop or PaintShopPro
- appreciation of high image quality standards
- strong product presentation skills using images (good eye for design)
- knowledge of MovableType publishing platform is a plus

The job requires the ability to create attractive images and intelligent write-ups based on the information supplied and within the guidelines. We are looking for someone with the self-discipline to get work done in a timely manner without constant oversight. We'll also be looking for an eagerness to collaborate with a small team of highly-motivated people.

We require that the candidate is located in the US or Canada.

Candidates must be able to furnish portfolios of their work, or at least several links to websites that they have made substantial contributions to. We're interested in seeing your ability to compile high-quality images, ability to properly present products, and your witting abilities.
