What is Valentine's day? It's a day of LOVE. Love for your husband or wife, son and daughter, mother and father, your favorite pet, your friend or your neighbor... What is the best way to express it? I like to create different themes. But my favorite approach is decorating on a budget, when you don't have to brake the bank and your hundred dollars room decor looks like a thousand dollars. Here are some of my ideas...
