Green + Design Conference and Expo – October 2-3, Atlanta, Georgia

The second annual Green + Design Conference and Expo is scheduled to be held on October 2nd through 3rd in the Georgia World Conference Center, located in downtown Atlanta. The show’s focus will be on integrating eco-friendly materials and practices into both residential and commercial design, with emphasis on “utility, economy, practicality, and beauty”. Twenty-two exhibitors will showcase their green products, in categories that include appliances, solid surfacing materials, custom cabinetry, flooring and plumbing fixtures. A few of the companies on the exhibitor list: TOTO, Caroma, Forbo Flooring Systems and Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. The Green + Design Conference and Expo is co-sponsored by the American Society of Interior Designers and U.S. Green Building Council.
