This cool torchiere floor lamp from Spanish company Dab isn’t your typical lamp; it’s not transparent, and it isn’t glass. Tree, designed by Werner Aisslinger, features a solid shade that is artfully sliced to allow light to permeate and illuminate the room. On the outside, the modern black or white lacquered finishes are modern, while between the cuts you can see the lamp’s interior – painted gold.
