Alkemi Recycled Countertops from Renewed Materials - green and beautiful
Alkemi countertops are made from the recyclable Alkemi material which is an industrial aluminum scrap molded into a polyester resin to form solid surfacing. Containing 60% of recycled aluminum scrap makes it a very Green material. Modern and unusual look, strength, durability and relatively competitive price range (from $70 to $80 per square foot) makes it a very interesting competitor to many solid surfacing materials used in high-end countertops. Alkemi countertops come in standard sizes (1/2" and 3/4"), can be sanded and cut using conventional tools and are available in many colors. See details at Renewed Materials
