Wood tubs from Teak Tub feel like Royalty! An earthy luxury, each tub is hand-crafted in Denmark from solid teak blocks which have been "kiln dried for about 6 months to achieve a very low moisture level of only 10%". The teak blocks are assembled without glue, simply using tongues and grooves, and are held together by metal hoops. Preference in Burma Teak and other techniques such as an invisible rubber sealant come from boat industry. Shown is TT-1001 model made of Burma Teak with Brass Hoops. Manufactured by Teak Tub ApS, Denmark and distributed by My Trading Company, Florida in the US - gioanna@mytradingco.com, 727-512-2323.
Teak is treated with natural linseed oil to keep it smooth and moist. The tub won't warp, expand or shrink due to natural heat, cold or high humidity. It can withstand severe wind as well. Just don't use Clorox and don't put it too close to a heater. Can be used indoors and outdoors, and is available in several sizes and other wood species such as Victorian/Tasmanian Oak and Spruce, and with Stainless Steel or Brass Hoops.

Nice accessories will make it look even more causy.
